HI,
Anyone knows where i could find a speach made by Orson welles in 1943 at the "Third Free World Dinner" in Pennsylvania?
and where i would find what he's written in the New Yorker.

For any unpublished writing by Welles prior to 1950, your best bet is the Lilly Library at Indiana U. For the New Yorker, go to a good university library that carries the magazine and they'll likely have it, or failing that, use interlibrary loan.
