“My Name is Orson Welles,” an upcoming three-month event organized by Cinematheque francaise in Paris, will screen scores of Wellesian films and television programs  beginning with 1934’s “The Hearts of Age” and concluding with the posthumously completed “The Other Side of the Wind.”
