The hardback version is designed for direct-to-library sales where publishers make most of their income. However, Rutger's TOUCH OF EVIL book is not as good as their CHIMES AT MIDNIGHT and you always can have recourse to your local photocopy firm - unless you are a collector.

I'm also interested in a copy of the unrestored OTHELLO but can not find "Wellesfan" in the member list. Can anyone help?
