For those who'd like copies of the Video Watchdog issues featuring Welles material, the main Welles issue, number 23, is up on ebay now. The other two, with Arkadin material, pop up every so often as well, and they can usually be had reasonably cheap (about $5).

Yes, I should have mentioned that, as I subscribe myself and ordered one issue from them. It so happened that I found the others cheaper on ebay and just thought in that direction. Either way, it's worth getting the issues in question...
