Original CK cutting continuity for sale

The blurb reads:
Mimeograph, 71 leaves, rectos only. Folio. Citizen Kane Cutting Continuity Script. An early cutting continuity script of Citizen Kane, predating the final cutting continuity script of February 21, 1941 (reproduced in Kael, The Citizen Kane Book, 1971) but post-dating the film's cut down from 122 minutes to 119 minutes. This version differs in numerous small ways from the published one. The most significant discrepancy occurs in scene 17 - the glass snowglobe in the dying Kane's hand contains a "snow-covered house with snowmen surrounding it" in the published version, but in this version contains a "snow-covered sled" - an early reference to Kane's obsession.A scarce artifact from the production of a film that is overwhelmingly regarded as the greatest ever made. Provenance: probably Robert Asher (1915-1979), British film director, his handwritten time-sheet of a day at Elstree Studios dated "Thursday Oct 5/44" on the verso of the last leaf, in a custom half-morocco clamshell case Blue paper wrappers, stapled at top margin, final leaf and rear cover detached, front cover loose, some edgewear, front cover numbered in pencil.

The version in The CK Book notes: "Sightly amended to correct errors in original transcription." So I assume the "numerous small" differences herein are these uncorrected errors.

(I've also found a handful of minor errors in the corrected version.)

Isn't the script in The Citizen Kane Book the shooting script rather than a cutting continuity? I'm not sure how any cutting continuity could predate the shooting script. (Does the 1971 version of the book include both a shooting script and a continuity? I'll check my copy when I get home).

The CK Book contains The Shooting Script, dated 7/16/40 and the Cutting Continuity, dated 2/21/41.

The Shooting Script is also the 7th screenplay.
