We can now find the original of "A Poco No," performed by the composer, Pepe Guizar, here:

This would be the version that Welles heard in Mexico, I assume.

Thanks Colmena. Interesting that the Kane version of the song is heard in a scene that takes place in 1898, eight years before Guizar was born :)
