Restored Shorts of OW - What's in this?

Hi guys- I was wondering if anyone has any information on what this is. Is it a film with narration that cuts to the shorts or is it just the shorts back-to-back? Are these full shorts or just bits and pieces of film from Welles? Also, what's the quality on this "release"?

My other question is if anyone has any information on the officially released Fountain of Youth video?

Are you talking about an eBay bootleg or something similar? I assume that the person selling the tape of shorts on eBay got it from someone in Europe who taped it off TV. The quality would only be as good as the original broadcast signal if so. And then degenerated further by copying. I'd love a copy, but the guy was asking more than $40, which I'm not paying.

Yeah, its not from e-bay but I'm sure it is the same program. I was wondering how good of quality they were "restored" to in the first place because I'm assuming that the quality of the bootleg will be less than good. Ok so now that I know that this was a European television show, was it like One Man Band or what?
