Welles TOE sound memo

I was just perusing the "Conversations" book with Walter Murch and Michael Ondaatje when I noticed (on page page 183) that Rick Schmidlin writes:

"One of the most interesting things that happened was when we found that a twelve-page sound memo existed- and we were able to locate it. The studio would fax the pages up to us."

Might anyone know if this second TOE memo was ever published or made available in any form, as the 58 page memo was?

No, that memo has never been published, unfortunately.
