Yale University has papers on four RKO projects

Postby Wellesnet » Fri Apr 19, 2019 8:20 am

Yale University's collection at Beinecke Rare Book and Manuscript Library includes screenplays, papers for several RKO-era Orson Welles projects, filmed and unrealized.

The collection in New Haven, Conn., includes scripts and notes for Citizen Kane, a revised script for The Way to Santiago, an early Journey Into Fear script; and various script segments, notes and memos related to It's All True.

Much of these items were acquired by Beinecke in 2018.

Yes, I linked to their announcement and website in the Wellesnet posting.
Also, there is now a permanent link to Yale/Beinecke in the right rail of our main site, along with links to the Welles collections at Indiana University, University of Michigan and the National Cinema Museum in Turin.
