1985 Japanese Audiobook Sessions - has anybody heard...

I agree with Simon Callow in that these are among my favourite Welles recordings. They were done very close to the time of Welles' end. Jonathan Rosenbaum's if-it's-not-definitive-I-don't-know-what-is Welles' Career provides a large list of titles Welles recorded at that time. SOME of them were released as the excellent audio set The Orson Welles Library, while another one, The Diamond as Big as The Ritz appeared on its own.

Has anyone found any of the other titles listed in TIOW? One of the ones listed is My Father Wore Black Spats (printed in Vogue magazine, and apparently all Welles ever wrote of his memoirs.) Does anyone have that piece in a handy format they could post here or provide a link for?

I'm not sure what it means that these recordings were all done for the Japanese market. Does that mean there are more English speaking Welles fans in Japan than in Europe or North America? Oh well, at least SOMEBODY still thought he was commercial.
