Ray Kelly with a nice writeup in Masslive:
https://www.masslive.com/news/index.ssf ... ds_80.html
Unfortunately, Lilly's version of WOTW on their website, while frequently very good, still has some sound quality problems in crucial scenes, such as Ray Collins' reporter witnessing the destruction of New York City. In fact, the entire "2X2L...calling CQ" coda is missing!
Heard anything more about this, Craig? Or anybody else?

That sounds great. I'll take your word for it and look forward to it. If it comes out around the same time as TOSOTW, all the better.
Dan UK: Well if they use Randy Riddle's copy, Lilly's copy, and any other copies, and use the best bits from each they should be able to come up with something truly excellent.
Wich2:
I believe that that is about what is happening

A. Brad Schwartz, author of “Broadcast Hysteria: Orson Welles’s War of the Worlds and the Art of Fake News”, has written a new article for the New York Times:
Orson Welles and the Birth of Fake News
Many people believed his famous “War of the Worlds” broadcast — but many didn’t. The difference offers a valuable lesson today.
