Ah, it's been there a good few months too!
I didn't know it was in circulation, although I was aware the Library of Congress has a copy.

As Dan would know, she re-located to the United States during this time since her Italian citizen husband Monty Banks was facing internment as an "enemy alien" despite his career in Britain and America. Although this supposedly affected her popularity at this time I remember the post-war occasions she returned to the UK and performed when she was regarded with great affection.
