Smartone, I just watched this episode and it ends with a seven minute film that appears to be related to the Orson Welles directed Stately Homes sketch he had intended for Orson's Bag!
In the Stately Homes footage found in the One-Man Band documentary ,Welles plays Lord Plumfield, who is opening his home to tourists. In the Feldman sketch, Lord Plumvick, not played by Welles, lives on a preserve for British aristocrats.
Re: Marty Feldman Comedy Machine / Orson Welles
Orson was on the Marty Feldman show - November 1971. I came across two cuttings as he appeared on the same show as the jazz-rock band, Colosseum. I have the cuttings because I wrote a book on their drummer, Jon Hiseman, and we are doing an update of the book.
However, the cutting's has Marty casting Orson as a ringmaster and then he recite's Dylan Thomas's 'Fern hill'.

I do remember seeing that but before Marty and Monty Python came "At Last. The 1948 Show" that featured Marty, Tim Brooke-Taylor, John Cleese and Bill Oddie (later of "The Goodies along with TBT. I think Orson did have an appreciation from British TV comedy at the time. At least one expert in this group is watching the show on Britbox and I've sent away for the DVD set.

Yes, I think Orson did appreciate our humour. He must have seen Tim Brooke-Taylor on those shows and used him in One Man Band. And, of course, he was a frequent visitor to the UK.
