Twilight Time releases The Long, Hot Summer on Blu-ray

The Home Theater Forum has a post that on August 15th Twilight Time will release on Blu-ray The Long, Hot Summer and sources say it's been given a 4k remaster from Fox recently.

DvdBeaver.com has a review of the new disc and the reviewer says " The visuals are extremely attractive. Colors are bright, deep and rich and the film textures are visible and consistent. Contrast is superb exporting inky black levels. The image is clean without speckles or marks". Will wait for Twlight Time to have their sales to get this one.

Is this available only at the Twilight Time website? I didn't see it listed at Amazon, although a German Blu-ray of the film is.

At first you can buy it only at the Twilight Time website but later you can find it thru third party sellers like Ebay and Amazon and I have purchased a few that way.

DVD Savant has a very interesting review of the disc and the reviewer spends a whole paragraph on the way Orson looks in the film and says "His makeup looks downright weird" and "Welles' appearance comes off as a serious facial accident".
