Picture quality is not that good, but OEDIPUS THE KING, a rarely seen 1968 film starring Christopher Plummer in the title role is available to see in it's entirety on Youtube. Orson Welles has a cameo as the blind prophet Tiresias. It was filmed in an ancient Greek theatre, an idea Welles called strange, but it's an interesting and unusual film, and marks the only time that Welles and Plummer ever worked together. Others in the cast include Lilli Palmer, who was in THE OTHER SIDE OF THE WIND, and Powell and Pressburger alumni Roger Livesey and Cyril Cusack.
