Thanks, Ray! Reading the original home page post, I see that there was doubt as to how long the video might be available. So I went to the Cinémathèque's home page, clicked on "Henri" (which was part of the link), and found this, which suggests that it's part of a collection of rare films that they intend to keep available; to wit: "Des films rares de la Cinémathèque française à voir en ligne" (Rare films from the Cinémathèque française that can be viewed online):
