Welles' mention of Don Quixote in Paris Interview

Around the 19 minute mark of "The Paris Interview," Welles claims, "I've just finished a picture now called Don Quixote Goes to the Moon." What is he talking about? He claims that he finished the film--and this was in 1960--but I thought that this film was never finished.

In a post here at Wellesnet a few years ago, Jonathon Rosenbaum says he thinks Welles may have actually made SEVERAL films from all the DQ footage. Not that any of us will ever see any of them if he did, of course.
